C.H.A.O.S 1st Place Cosplay Prize

So, for last year's 2nd anniversary of my group, Chicago's Hometown Anime Otaku Society (CHAOS), we held a very light cosplay contest for those that dressed up. This was the first place prize! Below are the reast of the placed awards and their recipients.
